His Excellency welcomed representatives of the LASCO Chin Foundation and the finalists in the ‘LASCO/JCF Saluting Our Heroes Awards Programme’ during a Courtesy Call at King’s House.
The initiative was launched in 2000 and recognises the professionalism, dedication, and community service of outstanding members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force. Finalists are evaluated on key criteria, including work ethics, teamwork, community involvement, professional knowledge, effective communication, and awareness of national and international affairs.
Sir Patrick Allen commended the finalists and the LASCO Chin Foundation for their continued partnership in honouring excellence in policing and service to the nation.
