His Excellency Sir Patrick Allen received representatives of the Scout Association of Jamaica on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at King’s House.
The delegation was led by Mr. Garth Russell, Chief Commissioner, who formally introduced the newly elected Chief Commissioner, Mr. Kevin Richards, to His Excellency. Also in attendance were Mr. John Leiba (Chairman, Executive) and Mr. Carlton Thompson (Executive Commissioner).
The visit highlighted the Association’s longstanding contribution to national youth development and its continued commitment to shaping future leaders through the values of service, integrity, and discipline.
