Today, His Excellency Sir Patrick Allen appointed ten (10) members of the Judiciary during the Swearing-in Ceremony held at King’s House. Of these, five received substantive appointments, while others will serve in an acting capacity.
In his remarks, Sir Patrick noted that their appointments reflect not only legal intellect but also the nation’s trust in their independence, character, and sense of duty. He urged them to uphold constitutional values, lead with integrity, and ensure that justice remains accessible to all Jamaicans.
