Sir Patrick expresses his deepest gratitude to the University Hospital of the West Indies and Tony Thwaites Wing staff, especially the surgical team led by Dr Carl Bruce, who diligently provided medical care to him. He is also grateful to the Jamaican people for their prayers, well wishes, and support. Your kindness and encouragement have been a great source of strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As he continues to recover, His Excellency looks forward to resume his duties and continue his service to the nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
