      His Excellency extended congratulations to the judges, highlighting that they have \u201crisen to a platform of great responsibility and service in Jamaica.\u201d They were reminded by His Excellency to \u201cexercise patience with the unlearnt, extend grace with the unkempt, and demonstrate prudence with every case that comes before their court.<\/p>\n
