Mr. Andrew Parsons, President of the International Paralympic Committee, and his associates met with The Hon. Steadman Fuller, Deputy Governor-General, to discuss the future of Paralympic sports in Jamaica.
The meeting focused on strengthening opportunities for athletes with disabilities through initiatives like the Grassroots Project, a program to enhance sports development, accessibility, and inclusion in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean.
Also, joining them were Mr. Christopher Samuda, President of the Jamaica Paralympic Association (JPA), and his team, who continue to champion the growth and success of Jamaica’s para-athletes on the global stage.
