GG Announces Recipient of IBI/Monroe/Goren…

Governor-General Sir Patrick Allen congratulates Onel Harrison, the recipient of the 2014 “I Believe Initiative/Monroe/Goren” Scholarship, during a Courtesy Call at King’s House on Tuesday June 17, 2014. Here, Sir Patrick Allen makes a symbolic presentation to Onel who will pursue studies in Information Technology at the New Rochelle Campus of the Monroe College, New York. Onel has expressed his gratitude to the stakeholders for affording him the opportunity to continue his studies at an international level. He was shortlisted from a number of applicants who vied for the scholarship which was announced in March 2014.
