On request, The Governor-General is pleased to provide Wedding Anniversary Messages on the occasion of 60^th (Diamond) or 70^th (Platinum) anniversaries. The attached form should be completed and returned at least eight weeks before the celebration date.  The celebrant may apply, or someone may apply on their behalf.

To enable processing, the request should be accompanied by a copy of the celebrants’ marriage certificate. The certificate may be obtained from the Registrar General’s Department.

The request will be acknowledged confirming that a message will be sent.
