GG Pays Tribute to Manley

Governor-General, His Excellency the Most Honourable Sir Patrick Allen, lays a floral tribute at the shrine of the Right Excellent Norman Washington Manley during the ceremony to commemorate the 121st Anniversary of his birth. The ceremony was held at the National Heroes Park on July 4, 2014.

The Clan Carthy Primary School performs a tribute in speech dubbed “Readings”, much to delight of the audience.
